Staircase Wit

Staircase Wit translates the German Treppenwitz or the French esprit d’escalier: the predicament of thinking of the perfect reply – but too late. During this one-day exhibition, the artists each show something they’ve been working on during their residency, or that’s still in progress. As it will take place around the stairwell of MORPHO, this moment is also about leaving, saying goodbye, and farewells.
