Studio buildings ☼: studio(s) available

  1. Available studios are published on this website. If you are interested in an available space, you can apply for a viewing by e-mail. Depending on the interest in an available space, one or more viewing days are organised.

  2. To apply for an available space, send us a short motivation and your artistic CV/portfolio after the viewing day. The deadline for applications is announced on the viewing day itself. Only candidates who were able to attend the viewing day are eligible.

  3. Applications are subjected to a selection procedure based on the submitted dossier. The mix and compatibility of disciplines and profiles in the studio building is also taken into account. Candidates who have to leave their studio in another MORPHO building and candidates who have already completed a trajectory within MORPHO, such as a residency, may be given priority in the allocation.

  4. About two weeks after the deadline for applications the studio space will be allocated and all candidates will be informed by mail.

  1. Which disciplines are eligible for a studio space?.
Everyone who practices a creative discipline is eligible. Activities with a pronounced commercial character and trading activities are not possible.

  2. Does MORPHO keep me informed about available studios?
Occasionally we will mail when a studio is available for which specific profiles are sought. In general you should keep an eye on the website and our newsletter to stay informed of available spaces and new projects.

  3. I have been selected for a studio space, what happens next?
You will be contacted to make an appointment to go through the lease together and to make the location description. The keys are only handed over once the tenancy agreement has been signed and the rental deposit has been received.

  4. I am the owner of a property and want to rent out studios, can I contact MORPHO for this?
MORPHO manages properties of private owners as well as organisations, companies and project developers. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
