use my mouth like i use
27.11.2025
In a discursive and performative roleplaying session, we become vocal argonauts, exploring transitions through the lens of changing voices.
What does it mean to have a passing voice? What qualities make a voice sound more masculine, more feminine, or somewhere in between? How do social expectations shape the way we hear ourselves and our own sound?
Inspired by the idea of the trans person as ventriloquist, voices come from unexpected places. We try on imagined tones and gestures. With microphones, props, and small recording tools, we locate our voices elsewhere: in the body, in space, in each other.
No performance required.
No right pitch.
Come as you are & leave as you like.
Just bring a mouth, or something like it.
& some headphones if you have them.
